I am interested in the intersection of microfluidics with material science and cell biology. My research focuses on the development of single-cell genomic analysis techniques leveraging both microfluidic and particle templated emulsification approaches. For this work I evaluate the quality and interplay of cell lysis and genomic amplification in picoliter volumes on sequencing.
